He led global teams of asset protection professionals and security associates overseeing people and asset protection, operational risk and compliance management for Wal-Mart International Division; a 135 Billion USD business with over 1M associates outside of the USA in 27 countries with over 50 brands.

As a former Vice President with Walmart Stores, Inc. acted as global security executive leader within the company’s global security, supply chain and global eCommerce divisions to improve workflow processes, maximize organizational capabilities and enhance compliance programs.
